Credits purchased through Lead Connector Solution are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Lead Connector Solution may deactivate accounts inactive for 24 months and delete stored data.
Free trials begin immediately upon registration and convert to paid plans unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Monthly subscriptions require 3 days' cancellation notice. Annual plans require 10 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Lead Connector Solution may charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of discounted periods.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lead Connector Solution harmless against claims arising from your content, use of the service, or violation of these Terms.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lead Connector Solution may modify or discontinue services without notice or liability.
Lead Connector Solution is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or losses resulting from their use.
Third-party software provided through the service is subject to each provider's own terms. Lead Connector Solution provides no warranties for such software.

User-uploaded data remains the sole property of the account holder. Lead Connector Solution does not sell or rent customer data.

We provide tools for GDPR compliance and operate under HIPAA-aligned security protocols when handling PHI, though Lead Connector Solution is not a covered entity.
